PBS, the leading All Inclusive Business Platform vendor in North America, is hiring a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer (Finance) in a remote-capable role based near Montreal. You will train customers in English and French on PBS DMS, covering all modules, installations, and ongoing support.

The role requires 1–2 years in a car dealership Fixed Operations environment, strong MS Office skills, and travel up to one week monthly across Canada and the US.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 1–2 years' experience in a car dealership environment, Fixed Operations focus.
• Strong computer skills, MS Office Suite, quick to learn new tools.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA up to 1 week per month; valid passport and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective training and support on PBS Dealer Management Software in English and French.
• Develop understanding of all software modules; assist with installations and ongoing support.
• Train customers virtually and in person; maintain documentation and update processes.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and ensure satisfaction; respond to requests promptly.
• Create tickets, investigate issues, and escalate as needed; manage STT queue.
