Job summary

FIRST Insurance Funding of Canada (FIRST Canada) is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support sales regions in achieving loan volume and revenue targets. You will prepare and submit new and renewing premium finance loans, follow up on renewals, and assist with credit and pricing requests while delivering excellent service to brokers by phone and email.

Qualifications

• University/college degree preferred with 3–5 years of business experience.
• Commercial credit and/or insurance knowledge considered assets.
• Bilingual French and English is a strong asset; strong MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare incoming quote requests and follow up on renewals and quotes from prior year.
• Submit loans for conversion and assist with credit and pricing requests.
• Develop and maintain strong broker relationships in a professional manner.
• Provide exceptional service to brokers via phone and email.
• Analyze broker profitability and support new business development.
