Job summary

Canada Life is seeking a Regional Sales Associate to join our inside sales team in a hybrid capacity from a Canada location. You will partner with the sales team to grow insurance and seg fund sales within your territory and support outcomes with training, inquiries, and events.

You will work with financial advisors to explain new business processes and deliver resources for insurance inquiries, while maintaining Salesforce data and contributing to sales growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Related post-secondary education in business/economics/psychology/sociology or equivalent.
• Strong initiative and results-driven mindset.
• Creative thinking and problem solving for sales processes.
• Team collaboration and coordination across partners.
• Familiarity with standard sales tools and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to financial advisors on our new business process.
• Support sales opportunities by responding to incoming financial advisor inquiries.
• Report on Salesforce opportunities, activity management and sales results.
• Prepare for and help execute special events and campaigns.
• Implement operational and sales support tactics.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings with your sales partners to work on sales growth initiatives.
• Input and maintain advisor related information in Salesforce as needed.
• Provide general sales support as needed.
• Present to financial advisor firms alongside sales partners.
