Job summary

PROLINK Insurance Inc. in Toronto is seeking an Account Manager in the Professional Associations and Affinity Groups division. You will provide consultative guidance to help clients choose and manage professional insurance needs.

The role requires a RIBO license, 4–7 years of experience in insurance-related roles, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work from home and office options are available in Canada's busy financial district, with opportunities to grow within the firm.

Qualifications

• Must be RIBO Licensed.
• 4–7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Underwriting, or related roles in an insurance brokerage or insurance company are strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Underwriting, Commercial Insurance (Professional Liability and CGL), or Group Insurance is a great asset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to help clients make educated insurance decisions.
• Develop deep understanding of clients’ needs and expectations.
• Cultivate client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Refer clients to Personal Insurance, Commercial Enterprise, and Life & Benefits teams when appropriate.
• Stay updated on program knowledge, features, and industry trends.
• Upload client interactions to Broker Management System for a cohesive client view.
• Assist with multi-channel support to meet client needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
