Job summary

BrokerLink Inc. is seeking a Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking Account Manager, Commercial Insurance to join our growing team in Canada. The role involves advising customers on insurance, handling commercial paperwork, processing quotes, and supporting new and existing clients with coverage reviews and documentation.

You will coordinate with insurers and underwriters, manage renewals, and ensure accurate client files while delivering high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and/or Cantonese language proficiency is required or will obtain fluency as asset.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with prompt service by giving advice and helping understand insurance.
• Receive and process all incoming Commercial paperwork.
• Assist with quotes, write new business, review coverage, and update client files.
• Prepare documentation for insurers and complete applications for new clients.
• Process endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Communicate with insurers, negotiate with underwriters, and renew terms.
• Gather information requested by underwriters and complete applications.
