The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing key finance operational processes, leading a high-performing team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures service level commitments are achieved, financial processes operate efficiently, and stakeholders receive exceptional support. The position works closely with business leaders to improve processes, enhance reporting, and support organizational objectives through effective financial management.
3 to 5 years of proven leadership experience and developing teams. A college diploma/degree (Finance/Accounting) and/or 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting operations. Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, financial controls and banking Experience working with loan management systems, subledgers, and financial reporting systems.
The estimated salary for this role is $71,000 - $92,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
