Imperial PFS Canada is seeking an Account Manager to grow business in their territory by developing relationships with Insurance Brokers. The role demands superior communication, negotiation skills and meticulous attention to financing documentation.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3+ years of insurance experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and detail.
• Advanced problem-solving to resolve broker issues.
• Excellent analytical skills for broker data.
• Strong negotiation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quoting, renewal and new business follow ups.
• Liaise with regional Director of Sales or VP of Sales.
• Ensure all aspects of customer relationships receive ongoing attention to grow and elevate the Broker experience.
• Assist in the effective operations for the processing of customer finance arrangements.
• Train brokers in the systems and use of financing.
• Handle escalations and complex Brokers
• Occasional travel within the territory will be required.
