Accounts Receivable Representative

Location: Markham, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office weekly)

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Representative, where you'll play a key role in managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and helping maintain healthy cash flow. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys building positive customer relationships while achieving collection goals.

• Manage and collect outstanding customer accounts and overdue invoices.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on delinquent accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and secure timely resolutions.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing or pricing issues.
• Partner with internal teams to address account and processing concerns.
• Maintain accurate collection records and account notes.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting on collection activities and results.
• Meet monthly collection targets and performance objectives.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bilingual, fluent in French and English.
• 3+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
