Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer accounts and accounts receivable records.
• Process and apply payments, including credit card transactions.
• Review balances, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve payment or billing issues.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and payment commitments professionally.
• Coordinate payment arrangements when appropriate.
• Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and supporting billing documentation.
• Prioritize collection activities and maintain clear records of customer communications.
• Respond to customer questions about invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, customer service, and operations teams to resolve account issues.
