Just Energy in Ontario is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and driving client satisfaction. You will build strong relationships with clients and brokers, identify opportunities, and ensure delivery of commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven Account Management skills
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Spanish
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
• High initiative and ability to work in a team
• Strong technical competence and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of incoming calls and emails
• Generate sales leads and identify client needs
• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts and brokers
• Provide accurate information using proper tools and processes
• Meet account management KPIs and ensure timely follow-ups
• Resolve complaints and ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain records of interactions and transactions
• Communicate client goals and represent interests to the team
• Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with client expectations
