Job summary

Finlink Group is seeking a driven Account Manager & Business Development Associate to manage the full commercial lifecycle and nurture relationships with international clients in the gaming sector.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate with executive leadership and product teams to drive growth while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• 1–2 years in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with negotiation, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage full commercial lifecycle from client onboarding to expansion.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through outreach and research.
• Collaborate with leadership, product, and development teams to deliver value.
• Prepare and present KPI reports and business updates to clients.
