Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with retention and revenue growth, with manager support.
• Identify and prospect new clients for sales outreach.
• Present TransPerfect solutions in a consultative manner to financial services clients.
• Create client-facing documents including proposals and QBRs.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies and content.
• Educate clients on localization technology, AI tools, multilingual marketing, and digital engagement solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, scopes of work, and timelines with clients.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Stay informed on banking, insurance, fintech, and multilingual CX trends.
