The Beauty Advisor is a commission-based retail sales role responsible for developing deep, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive sales, service, and loyalty. The role requires expert product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and proactive clienteling in a luxury retail environment. Advisors support brand initiatives, execute merchandising and events, and participate in ongoing product and vendor training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service and exceed personal and brand sales targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention
• Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team and attend all training sessions
• Support brand sales through event execution, marketing opportunities, and assortment feedback
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
• Communicate regularly with clients and resolve customer service issues with selling management

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of two years experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred
• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
• Perfectly bilingual in French and English and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
