They deliver exceptional service and product expertise on the sales floor, support merchandising and event execution, and work closely with store management and vendors. This commission-eligible role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary customer service and sales experiences
• Achieve and exceed personal and brand sales and service targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and ongoing outreach
• Share expert product knowledge and attend all product and vendor training sessions
• Support floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and event execution
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding events, requests, and after-sales follow-up
• Resolve customer service issues and partner with selling management as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commission-based sales environment
