The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor (DBA) develops deep, long-lasting client relationships to drive brand and personal sales and loyalty within the store. The DBA is responsible for achieving assigned brand sales targets while delivering expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service. The role supports brand marketing initiatives, in-store events, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers and exceed personal and brand sales targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities
• Share expert product knowledge with the selling team and attend all educational sessions and vendor trainings
• Drive brand sales through event execution, marketing opportunities, and assortment recommendations
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods and resolve customer service issues

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Prior luxury retail product specialist experience preferred
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Entrepreneurial, competitive, collaborative, and able to multitask with minimal supervision
