You will deliver exceptional customer service, meet personal and brand sales targets, and share product knowledge with the store team on the selling floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years in a commission-based sales environment.
• Luxury retail product specialist experience preferred.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers and exceed personal and brand sales targets.
• Build, acquire, and maintain a loyal personal client base through outreach and follow-up.

• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and selling management to support brand initiatives and assortment recommendations.

• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.

• Resolve customer service issues and elevate to management when necessary while complying with health, safety, and privacy policies.
