Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Canada is seeking a Territory Sales Rep to manage assigned stores across Manitoba, including Winnipeg, with a focus on driving distribution and in-store execution. You will leverage CRM, build relationships with large format and specialty banners, and meet sales objectives while traveling within the province.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• Prior consumer products/retail experience with knowledge of Manitoba regional grocery accounts preferred.
• Great attitude with learning capacity.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and an iPad.
• Ability to travel within Manitoba (including overnights) and to bi-annual out of province meetings.
• Valid driver license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Responsibilities

• Drive product distribution, product display and incremental volume at large format and specialty banners in Manitoba.
• Leverage CRM to maximize sales opportunities and maintain performance data.
• Ensure in-store execution of all account promotions and features.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders as the face of KDP at store level.
• Be territory expert and monitor customer trends and operational procedures.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions with store staff.
• Manage T&E budgets and trade dollars within prescribed limits.
• Complete required paperwork and data collection accurately and timely.
