Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a bar/guest services teammate in the Calgary area. You will provide warm, professional service to guests, guide beverage selections, answer questions, and ensure a safe, clean dining environment while delivering memorable experiences.

ProServe certification is required; previous bar experience is valued. Expect shifts that may include mornings and evenings; join a dynamic team at Pursuit and enjoy perks as part of our hospitality family.

Qualifications

• ProServe certification required.
• Guest service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant/bar setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and memorable experiences.
• Communicate effectively with guests.
• Maintain guest safety as a priority.
• Deliver courteous service to all guests.
• Answer questions about surroundings and menu.
• Know cocktail and drinks menu; guide pairing choices.
• Ensure cleanliness and organized stockrooms.
• Follow SOPs and manage cash/security.
