Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination or banquet serving within hospitality.
• Strong understanding of event planning, including menu and AV requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client rapport.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to event inquiries, providing detailed information on venue capabilities, menus, and pricing structures.
• Develop customized event proposals and contracts, ensuring all client requirements and expectations are clearly documented and met.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including culinary, audio-visual, and front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Conduct site visits with prospective clients, showcasing the venue's facilities and services to drive bookings.
• Oversee the execution of events on the day, acting as the main point of contact and addressing any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
