Job summary

Northland Properties is seeking a talented and caring leader to join our Hospitality Leadership Team across Canada. You will train, mentor, and develop staff while delivering exceptional guest experiences in events and high-volume settings.

Responsibilities include leading banquet and service teams, coordinating with event hosts, managing scheduling and costs, and ensuring flawless execution from setup to teardown. A passion for hospitality and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service and guest satisfaction focus.

• Ability to manage multiple variables: food, costs, pricing, scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and events are executed with high quality and detail.
• Lead floor staff, ensure uniforms and guest service standards.
• Coordinate with event coordinators/hosts, address questions during service.
• Lead on event supervision and execution from setup to teardown.
• Manage client interactions, meetings, contracts, and invoicing.
• Provide feedback and coaching to banquet team and staff.
• Oversee AV, room setup, bar, scheduling and labor costs.
