Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating events and managing guest inquiries.
• Ability to direct event setup, staffing and schedule labor.
• Strong communication with chefs, managers and hotel teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control events in the facility to a high standard.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship for the event team.
• Manage guest inquiries, quotes, invoices and guest complaints.
• Plan event inventory and schedule labor efficiently.
• Attend weekly meetings with Chef and Event Manager to ensure excellence.
• Supervise event execution for a great guest experience.
