Gray Collection, a hospitality group with Montreal hotels and restaurants, is seeking a Banquet Attendant to support the Food & Beverage team. You will set up and dismantle meeting and banquet rooms, maintain cleanliness of work areas, prepare buffet stations, and warmly welcome guests.

Reporting to the Banquet Maître d'Hôtel, the Banquet Attendant works within the Food & Beverage Department and is primarily responsible for table maintenance, as well as the setup and teardown of meeting and banquet rooms, in order to meet the establishment's and guests' expectations.
