Qualifications

• Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Initiative, accuracy and detail oriented to handle changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures and regulations.
• Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions and refer to appropriate team.
• Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard activities.
• Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
• Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.
• Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and support performance development.
• Respect coworkers, stay dedicated, and keep team updated on routine activities.
• Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.
