Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate for our Wetaskiwin branch to guide customers through new accounts, investments and banking solutions while delivering a high level of service.

You will engage customers with day-to-day advice, assist in cash transactions and promote digital banking tools, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations. The role emphasizes building relationships and delivering operational excellence in a friendly, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • IFC or equivalent – within 90 days of start date.
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet.
  • Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
  • A self-starter who works independently in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions and digital education.
  • Understand customer needs and guide customers to the right contact for solutions.
  • Build customer confidence in digital banking via mobile, ATM, and online channels.
  • Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report issues to management.
  • Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct.
