Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments per standard procedures.
• Assess client needs to recommend banking solutions while protecting confidentiality.
• Address and resolve customer concerns using established procedures.
• Meet targets by promoting banking solutions and following processes on time.
• Build personal connections with clients to clearly explain banking solutions.
• Support a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment and contribute to team performance.
• Keep the team informed about routine activities and stay engaged.
