Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• A dynamic communicator with the ability to connect with different people in a calm, courteous and effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures and TD's Code of Conduct.
• Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions while handling confidential information.
• Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard activities as needed.
• Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes timely and accurately.
• Engage with customers to advise on banking solutions and ensure clear communication.
• Support team collaboration and participate in personal development to promote an inclusive work environment.
• Deliver quality customer experiences and identify opportunities to improve operations.
