TD Canada Trust is hiring a Customer Experience Associate in Lacombe, AB. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and provide guidance on TD banking solutions to meet customer needs.

Your role includes resolving inquiries, meeting service goals, and contributing to a positive team environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma (or 1+ years of relevant experience) with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.
• A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities.
• A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who can connect, both verbally and in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner

Responsabilités

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per procedures and regulations.
• Understand and determine customer needs to recommend banking solutions.
• Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures and escalate when necessary.
• Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately.
• Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions clearly and appropriately.
• Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and support team performance.
