Job summary

RBC in Fredericton is seeking a client-focused banking professional to engage with clients in-branch and in the community, identifying needs, educating on digital banking, and guiding referrals to specialists.

You will deliver personalized service across everyday banking, credit, and investment needs, building lasting relationships and contributing to client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and collaboration with RBC partners.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
• Demonstrated passion for putting clients first with a target-driven sales mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and people skills to build relationships and connect with clients.
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, ethics, and a desire to succeed.
• Digital literacy across devices (phones, tablets, laptops).
• Available to work all open business hours.
• Bilingual English and French required for servicing diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and community to uncover banking needs and sales opportunities.
• Educate clients and demonstrate digital banking to create memorable experiences and drive sales.
• Assist with a full range of financial transactions and respond to client inquiries.
• Listen actively to understand individual client needs and tailor solutions.
• Resolve and prevent client banking problems while maintaining service quality.
• Cultivate relationships with RBC partners to maximize referrals and opportunities.
