Job summary

RBC is seeking a Client Advisor Intern in Kitchener to engage with clients in-branch and the community, uncover banking needs, and deliver education on digital banking. You will respond to inquiries, assist with transactions, and refer complex opportunities to specialists to enhance client satisfaction.

This part-time role emphasizes relationship-building, problem solving, and collaboration with RBC partners to maximize referrals and opportunities in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and community, uncovering banking needs and sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate and educate clients on digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists.
• Respond to client-initiated inquiries with a full range of financial transactions.
