Job summary

RBC is hiring a Financial Advisor in Fredericton, NB. You will attract, nurture and grow relationships with high-value personal and small business clients, delivering proactive advice across banking, investments, and credit. You will collaborate with RBC partners to address clients’ goals and life events.

You will educate clients about solutions, encourage digital self-service where possible, and connect with them face-to-face or virtually to deepen relationships in the local community.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in financial services
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Digital literacy across devices and channels

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate empathy and understand client circumstances
• Communicate effectively to uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice
• Leverage RBC partnership network to meet clients’ financial needs
• Provide professional advice on credit and investments for complex needs
• Champion digital enablement and encourage client self-service
• Engage with clients in-person and virtually to build relationships
• Collaborate with financial planning and banking experts for tailored solutions
