Job summary

Scotiabank in Port Alberni BC is hiring a Customer Experience Associate (18.75hrs/week). You will be the face of the branch, delivering friendly, customer‑focused service and guiding clients through daily transactions and digital banking solutions.

You will build relationships, uncover customer needs, explain concepts clearly, and contribute to branch targets by spotting simple sales opportunities. A tech‑savvy approach and a proactive attitude are essential in a busy, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

Have proven customer service skills through work or community involvement.
Are willing to assist in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Are available to work a flexible schedule.
Are comfortable in simple sales situations.
Have strong technical skills and the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to our customers.
