Scotiabank in Burnaby North is looking for a Customer Experience Associate for a 15hrs/week part-time role. You’ll be the friendly face in the branch, helping customers with everyday banking needs, processing transactions and guiding digital banking usage.

You’ll build relationships, uncover needs, explain concepts clearly, and contribute to branch targets within a collaborative team setting. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted.

• Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement.
• Able to assist in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable in simple sales situations.
• Strong technical skills and ability to promote digital/self-service banking options.
