Job summary

Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a detail‑oriented Spa Reservations Associate to join our team in the Canadian Rockies. You will manage spa reservations, handle communications, and help meet goals while delivering warm, professional service.

Starting rate is $20.18 per hour, with increases after six months and at three years to $25.54. Subsidized staff housing, a complimentary meal per shift, extensive benefits, and pension with employer matching are included.

Qualifications

• Previous reservations or sales experience is an asset.
• Opera PMS and CRS experience is an asset.
• Book4Time booking system experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong computer skills with Word and Excel:
• Willingness to work shifts and varied days.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly service while managing Spa reservations and communications.
• Produce, audit, and update daily Spa reports for segments.
• Collaborate with Spa Sales, Reception, and Leadership teams to meet goals.
• Promote hotel services and assist guests with treatments and retail.
• Support Spa operations including reception, group sales and duties.

Starting Rate: $20.18 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $25.54

Job Duties Include:

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service while managing Spa reservations, internal and external communications, and monitoring voicemail.
• Produce, audit, and update daily reports for Spa segments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Spa Sales, Reception, and Leadership teams to meet/exceed client expectations, booking quotas, and promotional goals.
• Promote Hotel services, maintain strong product knowledge of Spa offerings, and assist guests in treatment selection and retail sales.
• Support Spa operations as needed, including reception, attending, group sales, record-keeping, and any other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous reservations or sales experience is an asset
• Opera Property Manager System (PMS) and Central Reservations System (CRS) experience an asset
• Book4Time booking system experience an asset
• Must display strong communication, analytical, organizational and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Word, and Excel
• Must be willing to work shifts (including split shifts) and varied days off on occasion and able to sit for long periods.
