Herschel Supply Co. Banff Store is hiring a full-time Key Holder to lead the floor, support daily operations and maintain a high-energy Herschel experience. You will set the tone on shift, coach team members, and ensure customers leave with standout service.

Reporting to Store Manager, you’ll help bring the brand to life in-store and drive team success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for customer experience.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who can energize and motivate others.
• Retail experience at Key Holder or Sales Associate level.
• Friendly, authentic and confident in creating customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills to coach teammates and connect with customers.
• Organized and reliable with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, holidays and events.
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback.
• Visual merchandising or inventory experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, keeping everything running on time.
• Lead the sales floor, delegate tasks and set the pace.
• Interact with customers with authentic energy and product knowledge.
• Coach and support Sales Associates throughout the shift.
• Keep the store clean, organized and merchandised to standard.
• Monitor stock from receiving to restocking the floor.
• Process transactions accurately on POS and mobile systems.
• Drive results by focusing on KPIs and team goals.
