Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Store Lead to join our Canadian team. You’ll work with the Assistant and Store Manager to guide a group of Product Guides, shaping the guest experience and the store’s day-to-day operations.

You’ll be involved across five pillars: experience, product, community, operations and people, and will coach others to achieve targets. You’ll lead from the floor, mentor staff, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store experience during shifts and oversee sales floor activity.
• Coach product guides to deliver world-class guest experiences.
• Lead from the floor for 5 days a week and manage floor operations.
• Oversee pillars of business: experience, product, community, operations and people.
• Build community by sharing brand information with team and guests.
• Provide feedback to unlock potential and drive targets.
• Support inventory management: receiving, restocking, destocking, merchandising.
• Communicate initiatives and priorities with Store Manager.
• Use POS to process transactions, warranties and returns.
