Herschel Supply Co. is looking for a driven and capable Store Manager to join our McArthurGlen team. As the leader of the Herschel Supply Co. store team, you will drive service and sales excellence, execute marketing and visual campaigns, generate customer loyalty, and exceed all retail KPIs. Areas of focus include building a world‑class team, all aspects of product, directed visual merchandising, store environment, and store‑level marketing strategy.
The Store Manager will possess discretion, solid judgment, and strategic decision‑making abilities, working collaboratively with HQ in Vancouver, BC and other leaders in the retail network.
Reporting into the Area Manager (Vancouver), you will be part of the Retail Leadership Team and help shape the retail environment.
The annual salary for this role falls within the range of $55,000‑$65,000 CAD. In addition to base salary, here are the key perks we offer as part of our comprehensive total compensation package:
