Job summary

Herschel Supply Co. Banff is seeking Sales Associates to join our store crew, part-time or full-time.

You’ll help create a welcoming, authentic, elevated experience for every customer and bring the Herschel brand to life on the shop floor. As a Sales Associate you’ll greet customers, share product stories, keep the store organized, handle POS transactions, and support with restocking, fittings, events, and training.

Responsibilities

• Stay sharp on what’s in stock - on floor, back, and online.
• Assist with receiving and prepping new product deliveries (10–30 lbs).
• Support with restocking, tagging, and sale prep.
• Keep fitting rooms flowing and manage returns.
• Run transactions smoothly using POS and mobile systems.
• Stay curious about new drops, brand initiatives, and trends.
• Join store events, training, and other activities.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

We’re on the hunt for dynamic, natural connectors to join the Herschel Supply Co. Banff store crew as Sales Associates on a part-time or full-time basis. If you thrive on meaningful connections and delivering standout service, this role puts you at the heart of it all. As a key player on our retail team, you’ll help create a welcoming, authentic, and elevated experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll report to our Store Management & Key Holders - but more importantly, you’ll help bring the Herschel brand to life on the shop floor. Please do not apply unless you are already living locally.

• Jump in on receiving and prepping new product deliveries (yes, those boxes can be hefty: 10-30 lbs!)
• Support with restocking, tagging, and sale prep
• Keep fitting rooms flowing and merchandise returned, sized, and ready for the next shopper
• Run transactions smoothly using our POS and mobile systems
• Stay curious - always learning about new drops, brand initiatives, and trends
• Join in on store events, team training, and anything else that keeps the vibe strong

AVAILABILITY

Our Banff store is flexible on scheduling, we are interested in hearing from applicants with varying availability in terms of days of the week, and times. Part-time roles are 24 hours or less per week, but additional hours can be allocated depending on availability, customer traffic and business needs.

WAGE BAND

$17.85 - $18.30 per hour depending on experience
