Job summary

Fossil Group in Canada is seeking a Keyholder to act as the face of the brand, delivering a superior guest experience and driving sales. You will welcome guests, share product knowledge, and build trusting relationships while meeting personal targets.

In addition to daily selling tasks, you will open/close the store when management is not on shift, support visual merchandising, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a superior guest experience in a retail setting.
• Strong ability to drive sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and adapt to busy store environments.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage guests in a friendly, proactive manner.
• Promote guest loyalty through a superior selling experience.
• Provide product recommendations using knowledge and storytelling.
• Take ownership of personal targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrate adaptable one-on-one selling skills.
• Support product presentation and visual merchandising.

• Safely manage opening/closing routines when management is absent on shift.
