Qualifications

• Previous bakery, kitchen, food production, manufacturing, or food-service experience is an asset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily preparation and production of bakery products.
• Portion, assemble, package, label, and prepare products for distribution to stores.
• Follow recipes, production sheets, portioning guidelines, and quality standards.
• Prepare ingredients and complete basic food-preparation tasks as required.
• Operate bakery and production equipment safely and maintain clean workstations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Properly store, rotate, date, and label ingredients and finished products.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing ingredients and supplies.
• Monitor product quality and report concerns to the Bakery leadership team.
• Complete production requirements accurately and efficiently.
• Support cleaning and sanitation of equipment, tools, work surfaces, and production areas.
• Work collaboratively with Bakery team members to meet daily production requirements.
• Perform other bakery and production duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Assist with the daily preparation and production of bakery products

Portion, assemble, package, label, and prepare products for distribution to our store locations

Follow recipes, production sheets, portioning guidelines, and quality standards

Prepare ingredients and complete basic food-preparation tasks as required

Operate bakery and production equipment safely and according to training

Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift

Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, and workplace health and safety procedures

Properly store, rotate, date, and label ingredients and finished products

Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing ingredients and supplies

Monitor product quality and report any concerns to the Bakery leadership team

Complete production requirements accurately and efficiently

Support cleaning and sanitation of equipment, tools, work surfaces, and production areas

Work collaboratively with Bakery team members to meet daily production requirements

Perform other bakery and production duties as assigned
