Job summary

Helderberg Personnel CC is seeking a bakery assistant to join the team in Grabouw/Botrivier. You will assist with daily prep and baking of pastries, follow recipes for quality and consistency, and support the baker and team in daily production.

The role requires a Grade 12 and bilingual fluency in English and Afrikaans, with a willingness to work weekends and holidays as per a rotating roster. Good hygiene and food-safety awareness are essential.

CRITERIA

• Must reside in Grabouw or Botrivier transport is provided from these areas
• Grade 12 required, with good comprehension and numeracy skills
• Genuine passion for baking and willingness to learn
• Some baking experience or practical baking knowledge advantageous
• Reliable, hardworking and positive
• Good hygiene and food-safety awareness
• Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (read, write and speak)
• Be willing to work weekends according to the companys rotating roster
