Todd BrothersContracting Limited is seeking experienced AZ or DZ Snow Plow Operators to support snow removal on local roads in Ontario. Operate a heavy truck with a snow plow, ensure timely completion, and maintain equipment and paperwork. On-call availability is required, with extended hours during winter events.

Qualifications

• DZ or AZ license with a clean driver’s abstract and CVOR-D required.
• Two years of winter-maintenance experience.
• Available to respond to call-ins within one hour.
• Able to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Good understanding of MTO standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate spreader and plow wing for snow removal per contract.
• Maintain documentation and complete paperwork.
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed.
• Understand route maps and sand/salt applications.
• Respond to call-ins during winter events.
• Perform other duties as required.

Position Overview:

We are currentlyhiring experienced AZ or DZ Snow Plow Operators to assist with our snow removaloperations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operatinga heavy truck equipped with a snow plow attachment to clear roads. The idealcandidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and acommitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Safe and efficient operation ofspreader, plow wing, to perform snow removal on local roads as per thecontract requirements,
• Maintain accurate documentationto complete the necessary paperwork,
• Maintain/clean equipment andconduct routine maintenance and minor repairs as required,
• Familiar with performancerequirements; understand route map and sand/salt applications,
• Meet call in requirements duringa winter storm event,
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• DZ or AZ license with a cleandrivers abstract, and CVOR-D required,
• 2 years previous experience inwinter-maintenance operations,
• Available to respond to call-inswithin one hour,
• Ability to work assigned shifts,and extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays) as winterevents require,
• Mechanical knowledge, ability toperform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment considered anasset,
• Good understanding of MTOstandards,

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage of $40.00CAD per hour.
