Job summary

D. Crupi & Sons Limited in Markham, Ontario is seeking a dedicated snow plow operator for municipal streets. You will operate a Snow Plow Truck, respond to winter season on-call requirements, and support city maintenance during snow events.

Applicants must hold a valid DZ or AZ license with a clean driver’s abstract and CVOR, have truck driving experience, and be prepared to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays from November 2026 to April 2027.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid DZ (or AZ) license with an acceptable driver’s abstract and CVOR on record.
• Truck driving experience is required.
• Must be committed, dependable and able to work varying hours, days, nights, holidays and weekends as needed.

• Must be available to be on call 24/7 during the winter season (November 2026 to April 2027).

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid DZ (or AZ) license, with an acceptable driver’s abstract and CVOR record (which will be reviewed prior to offering employment).
• Previous plow experience isn’t required, but is an asset.
• Previous truck driving experience is required.
• Committed and dependable, and able to work varying hours, days, nights, holidays and weekends as needed.

Compensation

This position includes a weekly on-call rate, as well as an hourly rate for the time spent plowing (starting at $32/hr).
