Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide in-home nursing care across the community in Ontario. You will visit patients on a scheduled basis and work with RNs for complex cases, promoting patient comfort at home.

This role offers autonomy, work‑life balance, and opportunities to develop long‑term therapeutic relationships with patients, with comprehensive training and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scheduled community visits to assess and care for patients.
• Provide ethical and safe nursing care within scope of practice.
• Use assessment tools to identify patient needs and adjust care plans.
• Maintain and update patient records and care plans.
• Engage with patients to build rapport and trust.
