Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using appropriate tools to identify individualized care needs.
• Execute and monitor care plans with ongoing assessment.
• Engage patients through collaborative approaches to build rapport and trust.
• Maintain and update professional patient records related to encounters and plans.
