Job summary

Mainland Ford, BC’s largest Ford service department, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a high-volume environment and turns every customer interaction into trust and results.

You’ll guide customers from check-in to vehicle delivery, recommend repairs, and work with technicians to ensure accurate quotes. This role offers Monday–Friday schedule, a compensation range of $90,000–$130,000+ with strong earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Advisor experience in a high-volume dealership.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the service process from check-in to vehicle delivery.
• Build repair recommendations and maintenance plans based on technician findings.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience in a Domestic or high-volume Import dealership

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
