Job summary

SuperTech Auto Repair in Victoria, BC is seeking a Service Advisor who delivers outstanding customer service while guiding clients through the repair process. You will build trust, present clear estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, sales acumen, and attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced team, and is familiar with service software.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Consultant in the automotive industry (preferred).
• Strong sales skills and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes and service management software (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, build trust, and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Recommend additional services based on inspections and maintenance needs to maximize sales opportunities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the service process.
• Prepare accurate service estimates and work orders.
• Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Follow up with customers on approvals, service status updates, and post-service satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of organization, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Help drive shop performance KPIs including car count, ARO (average repair order), and closing ratio.

You'll build lasting relationships with customers, guide them through the repair process, and help them make informed decisions about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
