CarPro Auto Service, now a NAPA AutoPro located in Bible Hill, Nova Scotia, a division of Zacks Auto Sales and Financing, seeks a Service Advisor. You will be the first contact for customers, advise on needed services and routine maintenance, and book appointments.

We expect strong customer service skills, an ability to learn product knowledge and sales techniques, and the desire to build lasting customer relationships. Previous Service Advisor experience is highly preferred.

OurService Advisorsare one of the first points of contact with customers who bring their vehicles in for service. They are responsible for advising customers on the necessary services required to their vehicle, as well as on routine maintenance.

TheServiceAdvisorwill also advise customers on other available services, book appointments, and build lasting relationships.
