Job summary

Newmarket Nissan Infiniti, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join the Team. This role focuses on selling vehicles, building customer relationships, and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with customers, present vehicle details, arrange test drives, and work toward sales targets while representing a trusted multi-dealership group with strong community ties.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years proven sales experience; automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Customer service experience with ability to have meaningful conversations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (CDK/Reynolds).
• Proficiency with CRM systems (OneEighty, DealerTrack).
• OMVIC license in good standing required.
• Driver's license with clean record.
• Strong math skills for pricing and calculations.
• Able to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets.
• Act as liaison between dealership and customer during vehicle purchase.
• Create and deliver compelling sales pitches.
• Listen actively to understand customer vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present vehicle specifications, features, benefits and pricing.
• Conduct road test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicles.
