Job summary

North Vancouver Nissan/ Infiniti North Vancouver, part of the Dilawri Group of Companies, seeks a Sales Consultant to drive dealership growth by cultivating customer relationships and promoting vehicle sales. Commission-based role reporting to the Sales Manager, focused on guest experience, product expertise, and a collaborative team culture.

The position requires 1 year of automotive sales experience, a valid VSA license, and BC driver’s license with ICBC Abstract.

Qualifications

• 1 year automotive sales experience required.
• Valid VSA License.
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License and a current ICBC Driver’s Abstract.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all sales leads to maximize opportunity.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Promote new business opportunities through referrals.
• Deliver a superior customer experience by understanding client needs and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in training.
• Set monthly sales and productivity goals and plan to achieve them.
• Build and maintain rapport with customers for long-term relationships.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills to close sales.
• Accurately maintain customer and sales data in computerized systems.
• Collaborate with team to ensure dealership performance.
