Fredericton Kia, part of Shift Auto Group, is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to guide customers through their vehicle-buying journey and deliver a transparent, enjoyable experience from first contact to delivery and beyond.

You will engage customers, showcase Kia vehicles, discuss financing options, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Service teams to ensure an outstanding ownership experience. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused with relationship-building
• Clear communication and strong organization skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service through the buying journey
• Build lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and ownership goals
• Showcase Kia vehicles, features, technology and value
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, trade evaluations and purchase decisions
• Coordinate with Finance to explore financing and ownership options
• Manage leads and customer records using dealership CRM
• Generate new business via referrals, networking and community involvement
• Maintain Kia product knowledge through ongoing training
